Other
Projects
Here are some miscellaneous projects I've worked on. I've really enjoyed working on these so even though they don't quite fit in the other sections, I wanted to include them!
Photography
I've been doing photography as a hobby for many years with my Canon EOS and I absolutely love how I can capture emotions through the lens in a way my writing cannot. Though I'm just an amateur, I've really loved teaching myself how to use my camera and edit photos on Adobe Photoshop. I hope you enjoy them and to see more you can visit instagram.com/carolinegracephoto!

#Spermicide
This admittedly gross parody PSA was made for my Comedy for Social Change class and with help from Planned Parenthood of Illinois. It was really fun getting to write, film, and edit this short, especially given the topic which is so deeply important to me. Though it's just a first draft made for class, I hope to work with PP again to further develop this concept.
On the Backs of Salmon
Way back in high school I was in the Ballard High School Filmmaking Program, and I got the exciting opportunity to write for a short documentary in partnership with IMAX. As part of the writing and production team, I coordinated interviews, helped with shoot/production schedules, and organized a script based on transcribed pre-interviews. This film was such a wonderful experience to take part in and it even went on to win a Northwest Regional Emmy for Best Short Form Non-fiction. Please take the time to watch this incredible story.
